At XO&AMMO, we strive to deliver premium quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items
  • Worn or washed items
  • Products without original tags
  • Custom or limited edition pieces (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchanges subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product delivered

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
